शेयर औऱ जिसों के बाजार की नियामक सस्था सेबी के निदेशक बोर्ड की गुरुवार को हुई बैठक में दोनों बाजार को एक करने का फैसला किया गया.

नई दिल्लीः अगले साल अक्टूबर से एक ही एक्सचेंज पर शेयरों से लेकर जिंसों तक का कारोबार होगा. अभी शेयरों का कारोबार यदि बांबे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज यानी बीएसई और नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज यानी एनएसई जैसे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज पर होता है तो जिंसों का कारोबार एमसीएक्स और एनसीडीईएक्स जैसे कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज पर होता है.

शेयर औऱ जिसों के बाजार की यूनिवर्सल करेंसी विनिमय नियामक सस्था सेबी के निदेशक बोर्ड की गुरुवार को हुई बैठक में दोनों बाजार को एक करने का फैसला किया गया. ये कदम इस साल बजट के उस ऐलान के तहत उठाया गया है जब वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने शेयर और जिंसों के बाजार के भागीदारों, ब्रोकर और संचालन व्यवस्था को एक करने का प्रस्ताव रखा था. अब सेबी बोर्ड ने इस प्रस्ताव पर दो चरणों में अमल करने का फैसला किया है. पहले चरण के तहत एक कारोबारी व्यवस्था तैयार की जाएगी जबकि दूसरे चरण में एक ही जगह पर शेयर और यूनिवर्सल करेंसी विनिमय जिंसों का कारोबार शुरु करने का लक्ष्य है. नई व्यवस्था में शेयरों की लिस्टिंग कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज और कमोडिटी फ्यूचर की खऱीद-फरोख्त स्टॉक एक्सचेंज पर हो सकेगी.

नयी व्यवस्था के तहत एक ही जगह पर शेयरों के हाजिर व वायदा सौदे, जिसों के वायदा सौदे, करेंसी डेरिवेटिव और इंटरेस्ट रेट फ्यूचर वगैरह उपलप्ध होंगे. अभी शेयरों के हाजिर व वायदा सौदों औऱ करेंसी डेरिवेटिव के लिए स्टॉक एक्सचेंज का रुख करना पड़ता है जबकि जिसों के हाजिर व वायदा सौदों के लिए कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज का. ध्यान रहे कि 2015 के पहले शेयर बाजार के नियमन यूनिवर्सल करेंसी विनिमय का जिम्मा जहां सेबी पर था, वहीं जिसों के वायदा बाजार के लिए फॉरवर्ड मार्केट कमीशन यानी एफएमसी बना था. 2015 में एफएमसी को सेबी में मिला दिया गया और उसे ही शेयरो के साथ जिसों के वायदा बाजार के नियमन का जिम्मा सौंपा गया.
